Refund & Returns Policy

At The Prince Enterprises, we are committed to ensuring you receive genuine, quality products. Since we are a physical retail and wholesale store and this website does not facilitate online transactions, this policy applies to purchases made directly at our store, over the phone, or via WhatsApp.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is returned within 7 days of purchase date (retail) or delivery date (wholesale)

The product is in its original, unused condition with original packaging intact

A vlid purchase bill or proof of purchase is presented at the time of return

The product has not been installed, used, mixed, or altered in any way

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match what was confirmed in your order:

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

For deliveries, photograph the damaged product and packaging before unpacking further

Share the photographs via WhatsApp to our store number for faster resolution

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange once sold, due to the nature of the products:

Paints, putty, and white cement (once opened or mixed)

Waterproofing chemicals and adhesives (once seal is broken)

Cut wires or cables (sold by metre)

Special order or custom-sourced items procured specifically for your project

Products with tampered, removed, or damaged manufacturer seals

Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

4. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For wholesale or bulk purchases, return eligibility is subject to prior written agreement at the time of order confirmation. Please discuss return terms with our team before placing large orders. Bulk returns may be subject to restocking charges.

5. Refund Process

We do not process online refunds as this website does not collect payments. All refunds are handled directly:

Cash refunds are processed in-store upon return and verification of the product

Refunds for payments made via UPI, NEFT, or bank transfer will be processed within 5-7 working days after the return is approved

Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund at your discretion

6. Brand Warranty Claims

Many products we stock carry the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims on products from brands such as Havells Standard, Asian Paints, Bosch, Polycab, and others, please contact the respective brand's service centre directly. We will assist where possible in facilitating communication with the brand, but warranty terms are governed entirely by the manufacturer.
